Payment for Services
- All payments to be received within 7days of services completed

- Payment methods accepted include Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Pay ID.
- Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation / Reschedule
- Cancellation or reschedule within 48hrs of your booking or next ongoing scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee.
- Cancellation prior to 48hrs of your booking or next ongoing scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fees
Weather and Unforeseen Events
We take our commitment to employee safety seriously here at Cox Lawn and Garden Maintenance.
In the circumstances of any unforeseen circumstances or weather events, such as wet weather or extreme heat conditions, we will review the safety of our employees as to whether or not we can continue with your service on the day.
